Email Etiquette

After you’ve completed this week’s assigned reading, watch the discussion videos below. Next, respond to the Discussion questions underneath. You can utilize the videos and outside sources for answering the questions. Be sure to cite and list all sources that you use in APA format. Your first post should answer those questions and should be made by Thursday midnight. You should also make two additional posts (three total) on separate days before the end of the week (Sunday midnight). Good luck.

What are at least two major impacts that email has had on interpersonal communication?  What are some advantages and disadvantages associated with communicating by email?  What are some common email mistakes and how can they be avoided?  You can utilize the videos above and outside sources for answering the questions.
